TK's El Dorado Deceiver Fly

Created by Tom Kersbergen (TK), The El Dorado Deceiver was perfectly tailored for chasing Golden Dorado in the headwaters of Bolivia and the Paraná system. Featuring a deer‑hair head to push water, a ton of flash, and and bucktail for lifelike motion, it’s considered one of TK’s top-selling “jungle flies” when pursuing dorado. Tied on a stout Tiemco 600sp hook, you can count on this fly to hold its own against tough predators and pull fish from those cuts that seem impossible. Roughly 6.5" long, this fly works wonders whether you're in the jungle, chasing pike in Alaska, or working the backcountry for crevalle.
