This rod comes in a 10wt and 12wt for big fish from the beach including Roosterfish and other saltwater targets. The Surf is smooth, powerful, and built for Outbound style shooting heads. Two-handed overhead surfcasting isn’t always easy, but with the right tool, it can be extremely productive. The Exocett Surf is everything a surf rod should be and more.

The blank of the Exocett Surf is light and responsive with high recovery speeds and vibration dampening characteristics. The rod blank' power translates to high performance at longer casting distances and stellar surfcasting capabilities.

Ceramic Titanium Frame Stripping Guides - The large ceramic titanium frame stripping guides on the Exocett Surf are built to accommodate lines with an aggressive front taper. These guides are durable and efficient for long casts and large fish.
Black RECoil Snake Guides - Recoil snake guides are durable and efficient and rebound when bent or crushed. The guides on the Exocett Surf are part of the reason the rod has such a light swing weight and overall weight.
Reel Seat
Milled Aluminum Reel Seat w/Double Uplocking Components - The reel seat on the Exocett Surf is designed to withstand saltwater corrosion. A milled aluminum design with heavy-duty double uplocking components makes the reel seat of the Exocett Surf weatherproof and intensely functional. An ultra-premium cork elongated full wells grip and rounded Spey style lower grip makes casting and fighting fish from the surf easy and comfortable.
Rod Tube
Aluminum Rod Tube - The Exocett Surf comes in a blue powder-coated aluminum rod tube that protects the rod during travel and transportation. These tubes are durable and include a T&T rod sock for increased fly rod protection.
Warranty
T&T Lifetime Warranty - As of July 2019, T&T offers an original owner lifetime warranty against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship. Rods must be registered with T&T within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost sections or lost rods, normal wear and tear, neglect or intentional breakage. T&T will also repair rods for a $55 service fee provided they’re registered to the original owner.
