Squimpish Boutique Blends are a synthetic material that sheds water quickly and allows you to tie both large and small-profile flies with ease—from small shrimp to large shad and bunker, this material ties them all. With these Boutique Blends, David creates custom color blends that provide every shade you need to perfectly match any forage found in fresh and saltwater environments. Whether you're chasing smallmouth bass in a deep reservoir or snook under docks, Squimpish Boutique Blends have everything you need to tie flies that can be fished with confidence.

Squimpish Boutique Blends are a super versatile material. With their integrated flash, they provide an appealing look that imitates the natural appearance of a range of different forages, and while Boutique Blends are a synthetic material, they have a very enticing movement in the water. This material can be used for anything from tails, bodies, and collars on streamers, and it's particularly popular for tying Hollow Fleyes, as it's easier to work with than bucktail. Another good use for Boutique Blends is to work them into a composite loop to create large profiles with ease.

Comparisons

Although Squimpish Boutique Blends are a material that doesn't have many similar options, the two closest materials would be Craft Fur and Bucktail. Craft Fur offers a similar texture and movement in the water, but it's much shorter and doesn't have any integrated flash, so it doesn't have the size versatility or the shine in the water. Bucktail, on the other hand, offers a similar ability to tie large profiled streamers, especially Hollow Fleyes, but it's more rigid and is also impossible to find in the same length as Squimpish Hair, and like Craft Fur, lacks the flash.
