More Mass Towards the Front of the Head - Equipped for true competition casting, the Mastery Expert Distance Fly Line was made for long casts regardless of conditions. To achieve this, Scientific Anglers focuses the mass towards the front of the head while incorporating an extra-long head (between 68.5' and 72.5' depending on line weight) and rear taper. A solid taper for casting or fishing, this taper was made for long distances, smooth casting, and precise mending over even the trickiest of riffles.
