Design

Large Arbor Multipurpose Design – The SHIFT utilizes a large arbor format to maximize line pickup and backing capacity while promoting clean, even spooling. Materials – The SHIFT’s drag discs are constructed from a proprietary, high-grade U.S.-made carbon—the same material trusted in the braking systems of jets and Formula 1 race cars. Warranty

Sage Warranty – As of January 2026, Sage reels are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear, or improper maintenance is not covered, and Sage reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion.
