Pairing a mid-length head with a half-size heavy build, this line's taper works flawlessly for delivering long casts and making delicate presentations. Cold - Rio's Premier Gold XP Line was made for all four seasons of trout fishing. This coldwater line is built to handle everything from a frozen winter morning spent drifting a small midge to late summer terrestrial presentation under a line of hemlock boughs. This versatile line, however, won't stand up to truly tropical conditions.
