Comparisons

Hareline's Rabbit Fur Strips are a solid alternative to their Silky Bunnybou Strips, but there are some key differences between these two materials. Rabbit Fur Strips have guard hairs, adding a bit of rigidity to their texture, and they also tend to have less fiber density and a little less softness in the underfur. On the other hand, the Silky Bunnybou Strips have higher fiber density, zero guard hairs, and are a bit softer, giving you a material that has a bit more movement and breathes just that much more than your standard Rabbit Strips. Both of these materials are excellent options whenever you're looking for flies packed with movement, however.
