Hareline Electric Ripple Ice Fibers are long fibers meant to be used in streamer patterns. They can bring a very interesting splash of color and because they are ice fibers they can also bring a flashy shine. You can tie these fibers in straight, so that they flow like stands of flash, or you can even tie them into a dubbing loop and make a collar out of them. This is a really interesting material, and will definitely add something to your streamers.
