The original material for the Squirmy Wormy, Hareline's Casters Sqirmito is tough and ready to stock your box with every Squirmy pattern you can come up with. Casters Squirmito are long thin strands of silicone that do an excellent job of imitating terrestrial and aquatic worms. These silicone strands have a ton of lifelike movement as well as a realistic look, and with a variety of color choices, you can stock your box with a wide range of natural and bright flies. Uses

Hareline's Casters Squirmito is most commonly used when tying Squirmy Wormies or some variation of that effective pattern. However, this material is also a good choice when tying attractor patterns for species like panfish and carp.

Comparisons

Another silicone material that can be used nearly interchangeably with Casters Squirmito is Spirit River's Squirmy Wormies. Spirit River's option is almost identical to Hareline's except for the colors.
